That depends. How are you getting from Dover DE to NYC ?
If you take Amtrak into NYC, then the train comes into Penn Station, which is a part of the same complex that includes Madison Square Gardens. So, you'd walk a couple of minutes from the train platform to the Garden's entrance.
Both Penn Station and MSG are in the same block between 7th and 8th Avenues and 31st and 33rd Streets.

Driving up and wonder where is the best place to park? get on the subway? Looked at Amtrak from Wilmington and its expensive round trip. Know anything about that? thank you fro your time
