No court would see the benefit to the child to split the year like that. Soon school will be an issue. Likely the most that would be allowed would be summers between school years.

Let's see ..... he can consult a lawyer, learn his rights, go to court and get a judge to rule on the matter, or he can get a friend to post a question on an online forum and get random strangers' opinions which have no legal significance on the issue.
What do YOU think would be the smarter option?

A judge wont entertain 6 month split
far too disruptive once she is at school etc
He can petition the courts and object to her taking her but f the mother can prove she will have a stable home life and she has family/a home/a job, they may allow her to take her but fix visitation that the mother has to provide finances for

She can get on the plane and take her away forever, but if he goes to court in Dubia the man gets custody.
