Are some humans able to change things in ways that shouldn't be possible because every mind comes from the same computational engine that..?

...generates this entire realm?

I'm probably coming at this from the standpoint of the simulation hypothesis, or the idea of the net of samsara, if there's really any difference between the two.

And for instance... scientists apparently affecting the outcomes of their quantum experiments, meaningful coincidences with very high levels of improbability, winning money in the lottery, and so on.

Update:

Other examples might include "Iceman" Wim Hof, and the likes of David Blaine.

Update 2:

Okay... moving this back to Other - Science since it was knocked out of Physics and Philosophy might not really be the right place for it.

    ~~~ No.
    Just, simply, no!
    There is only One Mind!
    We are all unique momentary Perspectives of it!
    "PK Man," Mishlove and Mack; "ABLAZE!," Larry Arnold; "Conversations with Ghosts," Alex Tanous; "Beyond Coincidence," Alex Tanous; "Walking among Us," David Jacobs; "The Edgar Cayce Companion," Frejer. Tanous is notable for his statistically significant out-of-body projection under closely controlled conditions, e.g. creating a magnetic field while OOB, in a different room, reading information there, etc.
