I deliver brochures every Monday for about 6 - 12 hours. Will I lose any weight by doing this every Monday and only eating lunch and dinner?

    Actually, eating only 2 meals will probably make you gain weight!!!

    Think about it, anything more than 4 hours the body is hungry. If you go much longer, it goes into a starvation mode.

    So to lose weight, it's important to eat (a SMALL healthy amount) every 4 hours to tell your body it's ok to lose weight.

    Weight loss programs emphasize eating every 4 hours for a reason!

    You should never skip meals as a meals of trying to lose weight. Skipping meals simply slows your metabolism and can lead to problems. Especially for someone who is regularly exercising, skipping meals is NOT OK.
