I had found the house way back in January. It was selling for $20,000. It just dropped last week to $10,000. It is definitely a fixer upper, but that doesn't scare me, thats actually what I want. But im just confused about why its SO cheap. Its not that bad on the inside (kitchen is half redone already and the walls in the entire house are new) it even has a fence, a driveway and an inground pool (the pool itself is a mess and not useable) im seriously considering looking into this property I just need to know what to ask and what to expect. Its possible its cheap because its been listed for awhile with no offers and from the outside it is a complete eye sore. But like, ive seen land plots in the same area that have nothing on them and they are much more pricey. Soooo i guess im asking, as a first time home buyer, what should I ask the agent to find out exactly whats wrong and when should i have it inspected?

My husband and I want to look into buying land to place a modular home on. We dont want it in the city but not too far into the country either. We are in Pennsylvania. Anyway how do I go about having it properly inspected to know what we are buying?

I would like to send in a story to lifetime but I cannot find any submission guidelines. There are none on their website and a did a google search to no avail. The only info I found was what I already knew... They dont accept unsolicited works. Anyway where can I find actual submission guidelines?

I always wanted to write novels. I developed a plot that I think would be very bland as a novel, but would be a perfect movie for something like Lifetime Movie Network or even Hallmark, those types of channels. Both of these companies accept screenplays from anyone and I would love to create one and see how it goes. I ve never done a screenplay before and I m just searching for any tips or advice. Thanks!

Ive never had ovarian cysts but they run in my family. I have been checked numerous times by doctors and I've never had any. But all of a sudden the past 3 days I have had strange wetness down there. It felt like it was in between discharge and pee but it was not milky or anything. And then the last of those three days I had severe back pain on my left side. This morning the pain went away and so did the discharge. Does this sound at all like a cyst bursting?

Graphic deaign, web design, or vet technician. Those are the options I narrowed down to. I love each of them and know I wouls be happy doing any of them. I cant decide though!

I know how to use Paypal through actual businesses, I've already sent and received payments for other things. But I'm talking about from individual to individual. Say I sell used furniture off Craigslist. Can I tell the person to credit my Paypal before meeting up to give the item?? And if so, what info do I provide them for the payment?

Serious and legit question. I am wondering how becoming a vegetarian/vegan actually saves animals? I understand that the demand would go down, but only insignificantly because MOST people are NOT vegetarian. So basically, aren't these farms still growing and producing the same amount of meat regardless of how many of us are vegetarians? The demand is still there.

I am trying to make my own music and every program I've tried wont allow me to make money from it. I even pay to use Soundation and they say they are royalty free but YouTube says theres a copyright on the file and wont allow me to place ads. I need some suggestions. Thanks.

I signed up for a premium account on Soundation.com. before I did, I read their policy several times and their faq. It says everywhere that music made on paid accounts can be used commercially and without owing royalties to Soundation. Well, I made my first song and uploaded it to a music channel I made on YouTube. I already have a google adsense account, and when I tried to put ads on the song it said YouTube found a copyright claim and will not place an ad on it. Im really annoyed. Idk if I did something wrong or if the website isnt legit. Idk !!

My laptop did not come with Microsoft Word and all I have is word pad and note pad, both of which are terrible. I am a writer and I need a good word processor. Any suggestions? I did try Abiword, and that was terrible, too. It freezes on me all the time and I already lost a few things. Thanks!

I like reading crazy stories. I just finished The Glass Castle (wasn't as good as I had hoped). I've read A Child Called It (and the 2 sequels) abduction books about Michelle Knight and Elizabeth Smart, and I just got "My Lobotomy". Any suggestions on real, true stories like these?

What I mean is ...

For the priests who sexual abuse people... Do you suppose that they intended on doing so from the beginning and only became a priest because they believed it was a good cover, OR do you think they end up sexually abusing people due to years and years worth of built-up frustration? (and by frustration I mean anything from sexual frustration to stress of having to appear perfect and Godly at all times).
