Don't be too literal. Especially the titles of Jesus. Start with the Wikipedia article on Christology. Your expectation from the title that Jesus had a human father (other than Joseph who named him) is non sequitur from the truth of the title Son of Man.

This is why most adherents to religion are so absurd and, frankly, pathetic. You can't understand figurative writing. You take this sort of thing literally. The Bible is not a literal story. It is figurative. You have to look past the particulars of the story. See the other answers here for how to do that. I'm not going to repeat their answers (even though they all seem to go down this literalist toilet too).

Son of Man, referring to Old Testament prophecy, not son of A man

He was referring to being born in the flesh in the form of a man, God made himself mortal to be our sacrificial lamb.

Philippians 2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Man doesn't mean a mortal male. It is a title.
