Why do I get the chills as soon as I swallow mucinex? It's immediately after, and they go away shortly. I hate the taste, could that be it?

I kinda gag a little bit, too. The trick with Mucinex is to drink a big glass of water with it, per instructions. Otherwise it won't work.

Yes, I cringe at the thought or even smell of things that I do not enjoy. It is not an issue at all. Its just a way your body is telling you that you do not enjoy it.
