The Bill of Rights is a term commonly used to refer to the 1st 10 amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America. Contrary to what Squidmaster believes, once an amendment is ratified, it becomes PART of the Constitution, and is not properly referred to as a separate document. In printed copies of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights usually appears after Article VII, which is the last portion of the original text.
