Using hotel as my residence. Management knows I'm retired. I am planning on staying at least 4 yrs here.?
I am a PA resident on paper. I'm using a relatives address and have been for the past seven years. Was work related. The travel job thing. I also have a UPS store mail box address. I would like to transfer my PA Drivers license, Auto registration, insuance utilizing the hotels address. The hotel is where I prefer to house myself at this time!.Is there any reason why I would have to own my own residence ( house apt. etc. ) just for the sake of keeping a vehicle and a legal drivers license? Hotel is in DE.I do not want a place of my own. I am not doing the camper thing. That is not for me. I am perfectly happy where I am! Just thought I would throw this out there. I will eventually check with the DE department of transportation. Every year. I need to make Shure I get back to PA for Vehicle inspection. I just do not feel like using my daughter and son in-laws address anymore.

No, you don't need to own a home. What you're doing is the same as renting an apartment- which millions of people do.

123 Main St being the address of the hotel and 123 being your room number.
