I have to give a mini training session for an interview (2-3 mins) on anything?? Any ideas please!?

The company sells accounting software to independent agriculture retail industries. I would be teaching the accounting software to businesses. But I have to do a mini training session for the interview. She said over the phone it could be on anything like baking cookies. But I want to present something that s professional and would impress them and has to do with something like accounting if at all possible.

If you are an expert in Excel or Word do a training on a feature like Pivot tables or mail merge that they might even learn something. They don't really care they are checking your posture and poise and your eye contact so just teach them to do something they might actually want to do.

Imagine if you were a baker and showing how to ice a cake, you could bring in a cake and some frosting and the tools and they would see how a pro does it. You would impress with organization of materials, smile, speed matching the amount it took them to watch not to fast or slow. Also how you greet the students and offer to answer questions. A demo with physical objects might work better than teaching software since you would interact with the objects and the students.

Find something you feel like an expert in and they can learn something, we all know how to bake cookies.
