2000 Honda Civic won't crank!?

I have a 2000 Civic that will not start! The starter and relay will only click! I have replaced the starter (new not re-man) and made sure the battery is charged! I also grounded the starter straight to the battery to eliminate a ground issue! It will crank intermittently but then stops again.

If there is any aftermarket equipment installed remove it.

Check the cables to the starter for resistance. Should be less than .5 ohms.

    Load test the battery.

Ok, first of all I'm a Diesel Mechanic. I'm not new to working on electric issues. I've tried everything I know. The starter relay is clicking, starter drive is clicking, I've jumped both clutch safety switches. The battery is new and fine!

STOP PLAYING Automotive Electrician....( groumding straight to the battery )..Battery voltage can BURN you real bad. + screw up your electrical system if you do something wrong...........(Starter clicking..is a sign of a weak battery )
