Just played around with bios made a setting for optimal saved and exit now want boot up and can t get back into screen any ideas?

You need to use the clrcmos link to reset it to default. Even then it may not run with your particular configuration. Do not mess with things you do not understand.

Can you boot into BIOS? If yes, go to BIOS and reset to factory default settings
If not, open your laptop, remove CMOS battery for few minutes and put it back in. This will reset BIOS to factory default settings
