I feel guilty over the tiniest things?

For example, today dad moved the office desk into my room so I could study in my room and now I feel all guilty for that even tho he willingly gave it to me coz he never uses it. I've been to a psychologist and she said there was nothing wrong. Someone please tell me why I always feel like this over nothing. Even if the teacher in class tells me that I need to remember to do something minor I feel like I am going to vomit coz of the guilt. Help

Go online and read about various instances of humans behaving like utter garbage. It should be very easy to find, even without trying.

Once you stop thinking that the world is full of kind and helping people, you'll stop feeling guilty for living. It's only when you have an unrealistic view of the world that those kind of thoughts enter your mind. There are many good people in the world, no doubt, but it's not like everyone else is a saint and you're not. Most people wouldn't even consider whether or not they're inconveniencing another person. The fact that you're thinking about it shows that you're better than most, so stop feeling guilty over the smallest things.
