Feeling like the whole world is against her?

One of my friends said that she feels like the whole world is against her, besides her family.

How do I comfort her? What do I say?

    You tell her that the whole world doesn't even know her. That you are there for her and that she is a lucky person to have a good family. She probably had a fight with a BF or good gf and just needs some hugs.
