Hello, 7ZIP is a free compression tool that should be able to open that .GZ file but I believe that is normally used for Linux based applications. It sounds like you may be looking at the wrong driver download for that model printer and Windows 10.

    Go Here

    http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/S...

Then in the bottom right under downloads click on "See More"

You should then see all the drivers and software available for this device. You will notice all the Windows drivers are in .ZIP or .EXE format. I believe the one you will want for printing is:

    "Print Driver,SPL (Driver) ver.V3.13.12.02:19 - Win XP/2003/2008/2012/Vista/Win 7/Win 8/Win 8.1/Win 10(32,64bit) (MULTI LANGUAGE, 48.03 MB)"

They seem to have other drivers available for the scan functionality as well as software to use some of the more advanced features.

    Good Luck
