"Can spirulina replace all protein obtained through red meats?"

Yes spirulina can replace all of the protein found in meat, both red meat, and other types of meats. However if the vitamin B12 in spirulina, inhibits the absorption of the bioactive bioavailable vitamin B12, then it's not the panacea, many think it is. Although I eat meat, I've been impressed with its nutritional value, and with far more than just its protein quality. However the expense of growing it, is definitely an issue, as is the harvesting of it from the oceans. I'll express some concerns, and that is the ecological impact, on the oceans, and other bodies of water, where it does grow. Some being what is the impact it will have on the oxygen level, that animal based lifeforms depends on. The oceans, and other bodies of water, supplies a large part of the oxygen we breath. Then next what is the environmental impact on life in the oceans, and other water ways on this planet, where it grows.

Spirulina contains all of the amino acids necessary for complete protein. It is the best plant protein available....but is lower in some amino acids than meat, eggs, dairy. And it is not a reliable source of vitamin B12.

You would need to be careful where it comes from. Some parts of the ocean are badly polluted and spirulina can pickup those contaminants. It is also farmed. That might be your best source,

Some people are allegric....so be careful. It's way more expensive than meat, eggs and dairy. It ws once promoted as a food to end world hunger, but the expense shut that down.

There have been side effects reported: slight fever, dizziness, thirst, constipation, stomach, rash.

No, there is no one source of protein that fully replaces the types of protein found in other products as there are different types of protein in different foods and I always consider a balance of different types to be necessary. In addition meat provides many nutrients besides protein that are not found in any naturally digestible forms in crop based or other foods. They must be supplemented with a manufactured product.
