Can I get more music on an Ipod?
I found an IPod shoved in the back of a drawer. Is there any way to load more music on it?
Music & Music Players1 year agoPlants emit ultrasonic 'scream' when they are hurt, researchers find?
Now that science has proven that plants respond when cut or stressed, what excuse for eating them will the vegan industry come up with to continue eating them?
5 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan1 year agoImpossible Burger?
Will you eat it even though it's Genetically Modified? With little or no testing on how it affects your health?
5 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan3 years agoIs coconut oil vegan?
Since much of it is from coconuts picked by monkeys.

7 AnswersPolitics5 years agoWill Obama stay?
If Cruz is elected president and is challenged in court about being eligible, will Obama remain president until all court challenges are litigated? What if he loses? Do we have another election? Will Obama remain in office until another election can be held?
This could turn into a real mess.....IMO.
8 AnswersPolitics5 years agoIs Cruz‘s Mom Canadian?
Don't you have to be a citizen to vote in Canada? Cruz's mom's name apparently shows up on Canadian voter rolls. So is she American or not? If not, he can't be president.

14 AnswersPolitics6 years agoIs The Vegan Soapbox gone for good?
Does anyone know if it's down temporarily or really shut down? I know for the last year they've been posting mostly reruns....little new content. But it wasn't a one-woman show. I think four people were involved with the website. Did they all give up veganism?
3 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan6 years agoWhat will vegans eat now?
According to research from the University of Missouri, at least one plant knows when it's being eaten and sends out chemicals to discourage the eater.
If that's not sentient, what is?
8 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan6 years agoWhy are veg*ns quitting?
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/12/04/vegetaria...
Recently the Humane Research Council and Harris released a poll showing that 84% of veg*ns (shorthand for vegan and/or vegetarian) gave up the diet. (Up from 75% a few years ago)
With all of the celebrities going veg, with veg restaurants opening around the country, with health professionals promoting the diet, with more and more veg options in supermarkets, more veg cookbooks, with the US government encouraging the diet, why are so many quitting?
According to this poll about 2% of the US population call themselves some kind of veg*n. That % has hardly budged in decades.

She's still blond...just not vegan.
5 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan7 years agoWhy do vegans say?
that no other species drinks another species milk? It's simply not true and easy to find even UTube videos of cross nursing?

Or why do they claim humans are the only animal to "farm" other animals? it's simply not true either.

Ants also "farm" fungus and some other insects.
Don't they know how silly it makes them look when they say such easily refuted things?
12 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan7 years agoWhat to do about my cat?
I'm setting here on this lovely day with the window open. Suddenly I hear Thelma, the cat, meowing.... meowing.... meowing. I get up and look out the open window.
She's brought me a small lizard. It's laying in the grass. When it moves, she reaches over with her claws and smacks it.
She's always been an outdoors cat (we live in a rural area) and doesn't like being in the house.
This is probably the third little lizard she's brought to the house this spring. It's not like she needs food. She has food, plus she regularly kills and eats field mice and rats.
What do you suggest I do to keep her from killing these innocent little lizards?
8 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan7 years agoWhere are the saved animals?
Vegans claim they save the lives of 100 animals every year. If that's true, where are they?
According to a Vegetarian Times survey in 2008, there are 1 million vegans in the United States. If that's true, there should be over 600 MILLION cows, hogs, chickens living somewhere in this country. (100 X each vegan X 6 years)
Where are they? Who's feeding them, providing them vet care, protecting them from predators?
If it's not true, then we can agree that vegans are dishonest?
10 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan7 years agoDo you think posting the same questions over?
and over on this site could be an indication of a B12 deficiency?
12 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan7 years agoWas the late Gia Allemand a vegan?
We know a B12 deficiency can cause mental health issues and vegans tend to have lower stores of B12. She was into animal rights issues. Did her diet cause a mental breakdown?
2 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan8 years agoWill this website save veganism?
The linked website lists vegans (by state) who have publicly given up being vegan. It allows, even encourages, sending hate mail to them.
Will public shaming mean fewer vegans will give it up? Or that fewer will publicly announce they've given it up? Or will fewer people become vegans because of this sort of anger/hate?
7 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan8 years agowhy don't veg*s call their food what it is?
They say their food is as good or even better than normal food, then call it "ice CREAM" or "cheese" or "bacon" or "burgers". Do they really think people are fooled?
Why not call it what it is:
a soy or bean patty or soy strips or a chemical mismash that's supposed to taste like???? something animal based?
15 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan8 years agoIs B12 really important?
More on B12 levels in vegans, heart disease and chronic diseases from a VEGAN registered dietitian:
"Ideally, you want your homocysteine levels below 10 µmol/l, with above 15 µmol/l being strongly associated with increased chronic disease (cardiovascular disease and early death).
The average homocysteine levels in the studies were (µmol/l):
omnivore – 11.0
lacto-ovo vegetarian – 13.9
vegan – 16.4
Average vitamin B12 levels were (pmol/l):
omnivore – 303
1 vegetarian – 209
vegan – 172"
