The 49ers suck, they will need at least another season to rebuild, if not several. Chip Kelley has the potential, but he needs to learn from the mistakes he made in Philly if he wants to become an elite coach.

You're a 49ers fan? I'm sorry. Kelly was canned to late, he did an awful lot of damage to that team. I do not believe Kelly will change his ways, meaning he believes his system, his way is more important then the players and their skill levels. We have seen college coach after college coach with this mindset, it works fine at that level. Unless they change their system to their players skill sets or have talented players that fit their system, then it won't work at the NFL level. I do not believe he has learned that as of yet so once again, I'm sorry that your team will be exciting but underperform.

Coach Kelly won't last 3 years in SF and they won't have a winning record while he's there. The reason isn't because of him, but because of the idiots who own/run the 49er organization.
