Is my fish tank safe now to use?

About a month ago my fish had ich and they all died despite my treatments. So after that I let the tank run for a few days but I cranked up the heater and my thermometer says it was 90 degrees inside. Then I soaked my filter, thermometer, heater in white vinegar (if you have an aqueon filter don t do this because it messed up some green part of my filter on the intake, but I m still using it) and I let the tank to dry outside to dry for like 4-5 days as well as my ornaments. Then I rinsed everything and scrubbed the tank thouroughly. I have my tank running again with everything inside and I m in the processing of cycling it. But is my tank now safe to use?? It s an aqueon 15 column tank.

It would have been safe if you'd just let the tank run for a week or two, now you have to go through the 6 week cycle process again.

There is a product called ich guard that you can add to the tank to make sure it is taken care of. Most pet stores carry it.
