Help! My PS3 controller's got a strange screw I can't take out, HELP! I need it for a fix.?

Can someone help on how to put this screw out?

    It looks like a phillips screw.

    If it's anything else its an anti-tamper screw. You'd need to buy special shaped drivers to take it out. And don't try to force it out with a regular screw driver because you'll strip either the screw or the screw driver head.
