Why isn't Trump whining about Rubio's eligibility?
Rubio's parents were illegals living in the US at the time of his birth. That makes him an anchor baby. Yes, his parents became naturalized four years after his birth, but that has no bearing on his birth status. Anchor babies can't be natural born citizens. Think of all the money being wasted on his campaign, and Cruz's campaign as well. The purpose for a requirement to be a natural born citizen is to enforce singular patriotism,with no foreign sympathies.

If Cruz drops out, if Rubio rises to the top 2 or 3 and battles Trump, you can bet Trump will bring that up. "I'm not saying he's an anchor baby! I don't know! I don't know! I think we need to deport him at least until we figure out what's going on!"
I'm guessing Trump doesn't see Rubio as a threat. So why should he even mention him?

I don't want rubio to become president but if he was born in the US he can legally be eligible yet in some situations when they try to deport families, even kids who were born in the US don't have immunity, so you can become president technically but you cant live here

President Clinton will deport Rubio and Cruz back to where they came from and get Donald Trump to fly them back to Canada and Cuba.

The evidence for the hypothesis that poverty, not age, best explains arrest and
homicide rates is consistent across different measures. First, direct cross-tabulations of
arrest and homicide rates by age group and poverty level reveal that where the
sociodemographics of adults in their 30s, 40s, and 50s are similar to those of young
people, middle and older adult ages also suffer sharply elevated rates of murder and arrest
as well. California's patterns indicate that a population aged 35-44 or 45-54 whose
characteristics were 51% male, 7% black, 43% Hispanic, and 16% in poverty, the typical
characteristics of 15-24 year-olds-would display homicide mortality and violence and
felony arrest rates much closer to those of 15-24 year-olds. Second, bivariate regression
indicates that poverty level is associated with around 4 times more of the variance in
arrest and homicide rates than is age.

Because the standard is being born on US soil, whether your parents were American citizens or not is irrelevant. If not then Conservatives would have been telling everybody Obama could be president had he been born in Africa right?
