Ideas for a Harley Quinn or Joker yugioh deck?
I'm wanting to make a deck that could fit either one (Kinda prefer Harley but I like Joker just as much and I think they would basically be about the same anyways). I'm thinking it should be something that seems like it would be easily beaten but comes off stronger (Fun yet competitive). Any deck recipes I can work off of would be appreciated. I'm just using DN right now to get feels for play styles before I decide what I want to make in real life. Thanks in advance to anyone who contributes :)

Theres no card with those names harley quinn and joker are officially trademarked dc characters
Yugioh owned by kazuki takahashi (or someone else)
bottom line is u possibly cant make a deck with them.
