The only website I could find that indicated it might be possible was based on one study that said "high levels of vitamin D in men with very high calcium intake were shown to increase the risk of developing prostate cancer. High intake of calcium itself may increase the risk of prostate cancer, although the evidence is mixed." So the study says excessive vitamin D may be a contributing cause of prostate cancer in men, but that the study is not conclusive.
