Is Donald Trump really going to become president?

After going through all six republican debates; Trump's support has gotten bigger and bigger to a point where it seems inevitable that he will become the republican presidential nominee. sadly enough, I'm not to confident in Hilary's ability to become president nor am I confident that any republican can catch up to Trump now. My question is, what will you do if Donald Trump becomes president?

I don't understand all the hype behind Trump. He's a bigot who only cares about money and only wants to become president to fulfill his own agenda. He's a businesman. What do all businessman want? I still can't fathom what it'll be like if America actually votes to put this man in office. What are we as a country going to if we allow this to happen. As an 18 year old I can only say so much but now is the time for everyone my age to start paying attention to what's going on NOW instead of later.

What are your opinions on this? Is trump the only hope this country has? Why are we.tired of politicians? Why is someone with no political experience better than someone with years of it?

Why?

So you are 18. It was a different world when I was 18. I had some opinions at 18. I wonder if you could guess how many were correct. Most 18 year olds don't know enough to ask your question. They are however old enough to vote.

You should be aware of a few things when voting. What is the intended purpose of the President Of The United States? Why is the US Government designed the way it is? What is the Presidents job?

There are other questions you should attempt to get answers for if you believe we are in good shape now. They might include how is it beneficial to get a college education for everyone if there are no jobs for the graduates to do? Why do high school graduates from before 1970 know more than today's bachelor's degree holders? Why do we vote for president? What does the Constitution say about electing a president?

What makes a person qualified to be President? Here are the Constitutional requirements for Presidential Candidates. Must be an natural born citizen of the United States, be at least 35 years of age and must be a resident of the United States 14 consecutive years.

The thing that makes a person qualified to be President does not include the eligibility requirements listed above. Qualification is in the mind of the voter. In the mind of the voter who wants to see America be great again and wants a President who will faithfully execute the laws of the land, defend and enforce the Constitution as it is currently written and will faithfully represent the United States (not any other entity nor the rest of the world) and its interests Trump is qualified.

The Republican Party is about 25% of Americans. The Democratic Party is about similar in size. So even if you assume ALL Republicans and Democrats show up at the polls, the election is decided by 'undecideds'.

Trump is big news with 40% of 25% of Americans following him. That's about 10% of Americans. That's the same 10% who love Sarah Palin, who think 9/11 was an inside job, who believe we never went to the moon. It's about the same percentage of Republicans who still believe Obama is a Muslim and was born in Kenya. And the only reason Trump has these numbers is that all the other Republican candidates are so terrible! In the Land of the Blind a one-eyed man is king!

I still can not believe that the RNC is going to sit back and allow Trump to strut in like a little dictator and take over their primary process. Looks like I'm wrong though. But Trump can't win the presidency with 40% of Republicans loving him and 90% of independents hating his guts!

I don't think the Repubs had much of a chance of winning this one anyway, The party is going through some serious issues these days. They have no agenda, they have no good candidates, ALL they have is an enormous hatred for Obama and all things Democratic.

Trump is a flawed candidate, but he's no bigot and every candidate wants to become President to fulfill their own agenda.

In the past month we've seen the DOW drop 1,500 pts. Let me ask you isn't a successful businessman the more able to analyze the problem than a politician like Obama who never once even ran a popsicle stand?

There are a lot of things I don't like about Trump, but one thing I am absolutely sure of. He is by far the most prepared candidate to take on the complex task of running the country.

If Trump wins, I will be ok with that.

    Who is better?

Trump is a good businessman. Maybe that's what this country needs. This country needs to be cleaned up and the profits and losses needs to be looked at regarding trade, jobs, etc. Trump will elect top financial guru's in the world he says to make sure we win regarding trade with China, etc.

What does Hillary want? To be royalty and that's it. Wake up America.

    TRUMP 2016

It makes no difference who becomes president. But yes, Trump is receiving a great deal of media coverage, which I think is the key to winning elections.

No Republican is going to win the Presidency in 2016, but I do think Trump will win the GOP primary.

As for the "hype" around Trump, people like him because he speaks unscripted (somewhat) & is not corrupt like the other candidates. Of course they also agree with his idea of white supremacy.
