How can I get business insurance when I have out of state people helping me with my web site?

I'm getting website help from folks out of state. I called the insurance company for my business insurance and they ask "Is everyone working with you and helping with your website located in the US and insured?" Business helpers are but web developers are not. Does any one have any idea how to get around this issue legally? I can't get people in the US to work on the site, it's too expensive, so that is not an option at the moment.

Any lawyers or legal pros know the answer to this? I would appreciate any ideas or guidance.

Update:

It's a small eCommerce website. Correct a website is not a business, but it's like a tool for a business. If you own a brick n mortar , they want to make sure your building is up to date before they will insure you. In this case they want to make sure everyone helping even the web developers are insured and in the US. Even if they are insured, their India, so it doesnt matter. I can't figure out how to solve this.

A website isn't a business. Some group of people in India don't constitute a business.
