I see admin settings in eCommerce saying limit distance/mileage from store for sales but how many companies limit the distance someone can be to place an order?

If I go to Walmart and select a out of state zip code I can place a instore pickup order because it's paid for and will only be held for limited time.

Do you find stores though that say, sorry your too far away to order?

If you find stores that won't let you order because of your distance, what percent/% of stores do you think limit customer distance for orders?

If your a BUYER would you prefer no distance limit or don't you mind?

If your a STORE/Seller would you prefer to be able to limit the distance someone can place a order from or don't you mind?

If you do in-store pickup, what edits would you like stores to make to their policy?

Stores with online Instore pickup put the distance/mileage they are willing to allow someone to place an order so someone out of state doesnt place the order and can't pick it up. If I chose a place 100 miles away and chose in store pickup it would say I'm not eligible but how do they know when a buyers address isn't entered?

I thought it would be by IP address but IP location is not reliable. If you check your computer IP location compared to your mobile IP location when they are sitting side by side, they may claim 100+ miles apart.

Stores with this feature can say eligible for pickup within 20 miles in their settings BUT what finds buyers location?

If stores go buy zip code, how do they find what zip code you are in?

If stores went by zip code, I would not think they could get exact on mileage such as 23 miles.

Stores don't want buyers address for location verification because they can make up fake address close by and truely be 1000 miles away. Stores need the truth and they do get it (somehow).

Any idea how this info is gotten?

I have degenerative disk disease with good center lower back pain. They tried back injections in multiple locations with Zero results. Talked to the hospital doctor and surgeon about options and they said hospitals only do injections or surgery. They could do surgery but said best to wait until I can barely walk and basically confined to a wheel chair (Great).

I see non hospital doctor/centers offer spinal laser light therapy, Decompression, Vibration therapy, etc. Has anyone had experiences with these centers? Price vs hospital? thoughts on does it actually work? Anything else?

My insurance doesnt pay for these centers, only actual hospitals so I'm a little reluctant on trying them as they offer financing but if my hospital can't help, why would these. But pain is not small so I'm trying to find something that works.

I want to move my Iphoto photos to my external hard drive and every time I try it gives Error Code 36. I have OS Sierra if that makes any difference. I've heard Dot Clean which sounds scary another says use any disk repair utility such as Disk warrior, use carbon cloner, time capsule, etc. There is a free utility called Onyx I see and it seems like a possibility but If I could find the route of the problem I could possibly fix it and it would work without having to use one of these 3rd party options.

Any Ideas why this Macbook pro is having issues getting pics from Iphoto to an external hard drive?

I want to buy a house and I'm wondering if there is any way I can transfer a family loan to the mortgage. After being approved I can buy a house but if you can offer cash prices are better. I'm wondering if there is any way I can use cash from a family member to buy the house then pay them back with a loan or mortgage? Meaning get the money from a 30 year loan/mortgage and pay them back.

They have the funds to buy it up front. But I can get a mortgage. I could get the house cheaper if I can offer cash. In any matter a mortgage is needed so is there a better way to do this so I can work a large loan into the mortgage to pay someone back for the purchase of the house?

I have about a 5 year old energy star Kenmore with turbo wash and all the other options and it will not wash dishes. I can turn it on and both top and bottom rack have all the food stuck on them as if it never went. It still sounds like it's going through the cycles and spends an hour running but when done there has been no food removal.

I have hard water and the first time it started leaving white film all over the dishes but it has eventually gotten to where it doesnt even clean them.

The little blue cleaning agent in the door doesnt help either. I've started washing dishes by hand as it basically seems like the washer never ran But I can hear water running in there.

Any Ideas?

I can only see it when the screen is darker. But if it's darker all four sides as if a ring around the screen is lighter than the dark. At start up all four sides have a light glow when everything else is dark gray.

It always has been solid color and it started up a few weeks ago. I'm noticing it more when I shrink everything to the center, so the background is dark gray, it seems to be putting a highlight around the black box the picture of the earth is in.

Any ideas?

What am I doing wrong? I had a metal pressure cooker every time I tried cooking in it, it would leak all over the stove from around the gasket and come out around the handle. The gasket wasn't cracked but I could not figure out what was wrong with it so I thought it was broke. Water would run out and down the handle while it was cooking. I purchased a new one, different brand, bigger and better. First time I used it tonight and I'm waiting for it to start rattling/whistling but so much steam is coming out from around the edges that it is leaking just like my previous one. After 45 min I start smelling awful burn smell and realize all the beef I put in was making the smell, not the burner. I yank it off and open it up and find out all the water is gone and everything inside is getting burnt black. It never came to pressure. It just used up the water, but it all leaked out from around the rubber gasket. All the videos/info I can find online about leaking pressure cookers says it's a cracked gasket. This is brand new and inspected.

I did not over fill it. 2 cookers in a row? Every video I see on youtube people don't end up with water on their burners.

Every site that has business membership only has share ability of your facebook page. Is there a reason they don't have direct connect? Would it not be better for businesses selling on Amazon or Ebay if someone could connect directly to your twitter or face book page by clicking it vs sharing or am I wrong in that thinking? Maybe it's better to share and gives more visibility, I don't know.

Is it possible to buy used extensions such as Shoppify, Apptha, Webkul, etc.? I want to purchase the UNIRGY marketplace suite extension for magento but it is over $5000 once all is done. If there is a site that sells used versions I would be interested.

If I can't buy used versions and pay this much for it, is there a way to get my money back for it once purchased and the developer can't use it after building a large site for the next 3-4 months, such as sell it used. They only give a 30 return policy on it. That does nothing when building a site. It will take 30 days to get it configured with all the settings as big as it is.

I left a macbook pro hooked up to my second monitor as usual. Came in the next morning tapped the keys and the second monitor would not light up. I can't figure it out. I thought the Kids may have bumped the wire but I couldnt get it to work so I thought the cable was shot. I tried another cable but it didn't work. So I thought the monitor was shot. It just says No Signal RGB.

I took the monitor to another location with the computer. I tried the monitor on another Mac with the same cable and it lit right up. When switching back and forth between that mac and mine it turned on and off like a light.

I restarted the Pram, I restarted the SMC. If we go to Preferences+Option, it doesnt detect displays. If we go to More Info/System report/Thunderbolt, It says No device Connected. I'm Convinced my Port is Broke. Buddy thinks it's a setting because all 4 monitors won't work on her mac either, but they work on that mac at other location.

It worked when I left work and didn't when I came back. I know no setting were touched because my computer is PW protected. ANY help is appreciated. Apple doesnt have much info on this.

In the state of WI small claims gives you 6 years. I'm wondering if the time frame starts when a lease for a tenant ends or when another takes the lease over? Where does the time start? A tenant is kicked out but the lease is not up and is still stuck with the bill getting larger until a new tenant is found. A new tenant is found to take over before his lease is over. So where does the time frame for this 6 years start where I can file for my money due?

Here is the situation. I found a product that would greatly help people. It is all over the place and marketed for what it can do. BUT consumers are always looking for a solution to a problem, this product would solve it but the company doesnt market it correctly. I could just purchase it, put my own label on it and sell it for twice the price easy.

1. People would be happy because their problem would be solved.

2. I would make a profit.

3. This other company would be selling more of their product through their distributors.

Is there some kind of law violating distribution profits or product infringement rights or some weird thing like that?

Example. Say Folgers coffee claims its made to wake you up. I find out it works 5 x better when served cold and only one cup. Is it legal for me to buy Foldgers, repackage with my own name and sell it as one cup cold coffee?

If it's not legal how could I go about making a profit on a situation like this. NOTE: this is not a discovery with coffee.

If I make a video with the product with my name people would flood my direction. If I show the manufacture they will just change how they show it.

I have a web developer working on my site and he said I'll experience the test server down for the next 24-36 hours for maintenance. I'm wondering if this is this actual maintenance or did he turn it off for some reason. In all the years I've had developers using test servers to work on my site, I have not once had this happen.

After researching why folks were constantly pulling up and stopping by my driveway I found out my house is a Stop on Pokemon Go. Were moving and I see all kinds of info online about Pokemon helping to sell your house due to the traffic it brings but who knows if it's BS. I'm out on a old town road. I'm wondering if it's worth putting in the listing or just not mention it

I have a ecommerce website in progress. The developer said lets use Code igniter and I said they know better than me. After a year of scrambling, everytime something is fixed or added something else gets off track, I've asked other developers to look at it. They recommend rebuilding it, one said Magento. because so many links are not working or pictures are off page, things are out of track, etc. The site is built but things are not correct on it, such as text running into pictures, no margins between images, some links don't work, etc.

It was originally built on Wordpress and that developer goofed it up so custom was recommended vs something that you just add plugins and your site is complete. But I just cant figure it out now because it's a large site but every developer I keep hiring keeps goofing things up, so any recommendation would be helpful.

I'm having a website built from scratch and my developer gave the option of CakePHP or CodeIgniter. He said you can't use plugins with CodeIgniter but from what I see online it looks like there is plugins to purchase. I don't want him to built me a shopping cart if there is a perfected plugin for it. Any info is appreciated.

Do any lawyers know what legal Issues I would have to go through with Partnering with a company in India? How can I get a business to business partnership contract when I'm located in the US and they are in India. What would keep them from taking my eCommerce site and running?

I'm getting website help from folks out of state. I called the insurance company for my business insurance and they ask "Is everyone working with you and helping with your website located in the US and insured?" Business helpers are but web developers are not. Does any one have any idea how to get around this issue legally? I can't get people in the US to work on the site, it's too expensive, so that is not an option at the moment.

Any lawyers or legal pros know the answer to this? I would appreciate any ideas or guidance.
