does CodeIgniter accept Plugins?

All this doesn't really compare to plugins as you may know them from Wordpress though. A plugin usually extends the functionality of an existing program, but CodeIgniter is bricks and mortar basically, not a house. As with any other programming framework one can find stuff written in it on the internet, but the mere existence of that doesn't mean the dev is cheating you out of money for something you could get for free.

My point is: did you look at existing web shop solutions? I've used Wordpress and its WooCommerce plugin in the past, and it's easy to use and nice to look at.

So there kind of is a perfected plugin, just not for CodeIgniter.

I don't remember the link, I just googled plugins for codeigniter. I've used woocommerce in the past and can't stand Wordpress so everything from now on is custom. Reason I was wondering is because WooCommerce is a great plugin. Everything looks perfect on the front. So when he is building my cart from scratch it doesnt look as good as woocommerce. I'm wondering if there was a plugin I can use or if it will just take 5 times longer to get it equal to woo commerce quality, because it works but it's not to the level I want. If a plugin is available we could be done tomorrow. I'll never use Wordpress again.
