Would you pay more for a house on Pokemon Go? Or do you think it will help sell a house?

After researching why folks were constantly pulling up and stopping by my driveway I found out my house is a Stop on Pokemon Go. Were moving and I see all kinds of info online about Pokemon helping to sell your house due to the traffic it brings but who knows if it's BS. I'm out on a old town road. I'm wondering if it's worth putting in the listing or just not mention it

The game is declining rapidly in popularity as the novelty wears off.

Mentioning it will also put off buyers who don't want people lurking outside their homes to get the stop.

No, and I think you have misunderstood how it may help sell a house. It may help sell a house because people playing the game will see the For Sale sign in the yard and therefore who might not otherwise know are aware that the house is for sale. It will hurt selling a house when a potential buyer (who does not play Pokemon Go) realizes that the house will be run over by strangers playing the game. Do your best not to mention that strangers come by at all hours.

No one who still plays Pokemon Go can afford a house.

    Yes, it is BS.
