can you buy used ecommerce extensions?
Is it possible to buy used extensions such as Shoppify, Apptha, Webkul, etc.? I want to purchase the UNIRGY marketplace suite extension for magento but it is over $5000 once all is done. If there is a site that sells used versions I would be interested.
If I can't buy used versions and pay this much for it, is there a way to get my money back for it once purchased and the developer can't use it after building a large site for the next 3-4 months, such as sell it used. They only give a 30 return policy on it. That does nothing when building a site. It will take 30 days to get it configured with all the settings as big as it is.

Software isn't like hardware, it doesn't get old and ware out, so there really isn't such a thing a used software. When you buy software you are buying a license to use that software and that license is usually not transferable, so you can't sell it to someone else if you decide not to use it. Some companies offer an evaluation version of software that might help you in this case, but if they don't then it is up to you to figure out if it will work for you or not. Most companies will not give you your money back if the product doesn't work out.
