Why only one pay commission for all employees and workers is not there?
India is one and we have one constit5ution which says equal work equal wages and therefore,there should be one pay commission and all in the country employing workers must follow this pay commission and even private people deploying workers must adopt this pay commission

There are lot of things which should happen here but does not happen because this is India. Here people have always received less than their share. Private companies pay political parties during elections so after elections there parties make laws supporting these private companies. You point is very valid, inflation increases for everyone not just govt. employees, but being fair to all others would mean losing lot of money. Only govt. employees enjoy this benefit because govt. Needs people to come in, after pensions are done with, if govt doesn't hike salaries, no one would be competing for govt. jobs which will deteriorate the staff crunch further.
