Suspect as in gay but in the closet
So I've been friends with this guy for years, and I thought he was just nerdy but he's just really gay. I get teased by my friends for hanging out with that guy. At first I didn't notice anything strange but after reassessing the whole situation, and just getting hints with things he has said, I figured that he's one of those kind of people who are males and likes penises (possibly in his butt).
All jokes aside, I don't want to get rid of the guy because of the mere fact that he's gay. He actually had the idea of me moving out with him in a foreign country (will not name it due to privacy reasons) which is making this even more awkward

Become distant from him and just air his messages or calls if he wants to go out somewhere
Just be like I'm busy.. But if he asks for a study session or he needs advice be there for him as a friend

Salam, You must avoid to mingle and to meet with all friends suspected as gays because you can be influenced by them

Come clean and ask if he is not a good friend. If he is awkward, tell him he is. There is study you should do that. If he is a good friend, joke about it to get the point across.
