is the residential association membership registration is compulsory? because my residential association is collecting fee.?
I don't own a property there, i just live there on a rental house. So if this fee is not legally necessary, i would really love to know.. thanks.

If you reside in a neighborhood that has an association, normally fees would be collected and all that reside there would be required to pay some sort of fee.
Of course there are some associations where membership and fees are optional. In this case it is up to the
individual if they would want to join and pay fees.
If the association is compulsive in your neighborhood and fees are required, these fees were probably added to you rent, and your landlord would pay the fees by sending a check to the association.
Since you are a tenant, you might not be able to obtain any information from the association. Normally only members are able to request and receive information from the association.
You would be required to find out any information from your landlord, if they are willing to inform you about the association.
I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.

Association fees must be paid or, within a few months, maybe a year or so, the house will likely be foreclosed on. They are due by the homeowner. However, the homeowner may pass on those fees or a portion of them to you. What was your agreement with the owner? Read your lease.

Yes the HOA fees must be paid. When renting a unit with an HOA any associaon fees usually get paid by the owner not the tenant. Read your lease to see if you should be paying this or not.

They should be collecting it from the property owner (unless your rental contract states that you will pay it).
If this fee includes paying for things that you have access to, then of course it makes sense that you would pay it. That might include parking lot maintenance, park maintenance, landscaping/maintenance of common areas, neighborhood signage/lighting, club house or community pool/tennis court/beach, etc.

The owner is generally responsible, but that just pass the cost off to you through the lease. Read your lease to know if you are expected to pay it or not.

Yes, you must be registered with the association. It is their responsibility to know
the names of everyone who lives or rents there.

Yes, the owner has to pay the fee which I imagine they are including in your rent.
