If I have a wireless connection to my iPad from a comcast modem and my own wireless router what should I expect my speeds to be?

Update:

People claim numbers that are far from what I see when I text it at several free sites. I believe it to be not up to snuff but need a bench mark to be sure Ian suppose to have the higher package with BLAST. But man I'm not impressed

First you have to know how fast your internet plan is in upload/download megabits, then run a few speed tests on you ipad and compare those numbers to you internet plan. In general wifi speeds can be 3 to 10 megabits slower then your actual internet plan but it depends on your router traffic and your network situation
