What apps can i get on my laptop to watch tv without wifi?

    You don't say if or how you are connected to the Internet, if WiFi is not an option. If you have an Ethernet connection or mobile data available to the laptop, you could access Hulu, Netflix, etc. with a web browser. If no Internet, you would need something like a USB TV tuner dongle and suitable antenna to pick up over the air broadcasts in your location.

    Some confusion here- a laptop connects by wifi or Ethernet cable to the internet. Once connected, you can get apps.
