I accidentally changed the page size on a window on my gateway laptop.?

Now I can't scroll down to the settings to change it back. I've also tried dragging the screen and making it smaller. Nothing works, how do I fix it.

Update:

I was using a Siglos karaoke system.

    go to the task bar and right click. It should give you the option to cascade the windows. All your open windows will show up in small form. THen you can do what you need to.
