Can i take the balls off my septum piercing before it heals?
The balls are too big to fit in my nose so i cant hide it, is it okay if i take off the balls and keep it flipped into my nose until it heals or so i need to have the balls on

You need to keep the piercing flipped down 75% of the time, if you don't then it won't stay flipped down when it is fully healed. You should keep the balls on the jewelry so it stays in your nose.
