There are no Sulsa or Hashashin in Mortal Kombat.
Technically speaking very few of the Mortal Kombat characters are "ninja". Its just that early versions of the game used palette swaps that got them all lumped in together. Reptile and Ermac for example are often labelled as ninja because they were originally just different coloured Sub-Zero or Scorpions. But they're not, they just dressed in a similar way in early versions of the game.
The ONLY character in the series who actually IS a ninja is Scorpion. He is the ONLY character from a Japanese Ninja clan.
Sub-Zero, the other Sub-Zero, Smoke, Cyrax and Sektor are Lin Kuei, which is established in the canon as a Chinese clan from whom the ninja came (a rebel Lin Juei fled to japan and founded the ninja).
But otherwise, there are no Sulsa, and there are no Hashashan.
In fact there are no Koreans (home of the Sulsa) or Persian (home of the Hashashin) characters in the games at all.
Your extra question of "Shadow Members" is a bit confusing, as that doesn't seem to relate to anything. You may need to clarify what you mean by "Shadow Members".
Are you referring to the Brotherhood of the Shadow? The in-canon group of warriors from the Netherrealm who serve Quan-Chi? If thats what you mean, the only characters in the series who are members of the Brotherhood are Reiko (according to MK4 canon), Noob Saibot and Sareena.
