What might be the Consequences of a Public Urination ticket in Arizona?
He is from Canada and is worried the ticket may cause him trouble visiting the USA in future. He has a vacation home in Las Vegas and does a million dollars a year of business in the USA. He is also a type 2 diabetic which causes the need for sudden urination. When this happened he was leaving a bar at 2 AM and the washroom was lined up out the door.
This is about a Canadian friend of mine that was visiting Phoenix. He sees a lawyer on Tuesday to see if he can have it dismissed. The cop never saw him do it. The cop came by just after and some other person told the cop. The cop issued a ticket and then the witness took off before the cop could get contact info.

Hi found no better way to contact you So your 14 yr old daughter flew internationally alone. Did she need anything like written permission? Like a note, and signed by you? Anything else? What's the difference between notarized note and a regular written note with a signiture. I am planning to fly out of the country alone.
