What is the minimum wage for Florida in 2016? tipped and untipped?

So I've read from various sources saying things from $8.19-$8.22 and I just applied for a job at Papa Johns and they said I'd be making $8.05 while in the store, and $5.03 while on the road, I mentioned that the minimum wage increased by around $0.15 for both, and they said they didn't know what I was talking about, so I dropped it. So what is the minimum wage for Florida in 2016, tipped and untipped?

    $8.05 and $5.03 are correct. There was no increase this year.
