Why did the Authority make a Triple Threat Match with Lesnar vs Reigns vs Ambrose at Fastlane?

I will admit that it sounds like an awesome match but it makes no sense to me. Vince, Stephanie, and Triple H tried everyhting they could to get the belt off Reigns and did. But now they give him a title shot? The Authority also give Ambrose (Reigns' friend) a title shot? Why Brock Lesnar? The enitre point of Raw was who will impress Authority the most. Lesnar was never on Raw after Royal Rumble. And is the point to put Lesnar in the match for him to beat up Ambrose and Reigns because if I am Triple H, I don't wanna be facing the Beast.

    remember the Authority's motto- "do what's best for business." in the fictional "WWE Universe," Reigns is a top contender (despite the real life crowd not caring about him). they'd rather have their "top guy" in a high profile match because it's (supposed to be) what the fans want to see.

    same goes for Lesnar. he's a top guy plus he never really had a rematch after losing to Rollins at Mania. Heyman probably convinced HHH with his savvy deal making skills.

    Ambrose was the very last person eliminated from the Rumble. perhaps they are throwing him a bone. plus he is a fan favorite in the real world. may just be a way of satisfying the fans.

    I don't get it either.

    The Authority hates Roman Reigns, but continue to put him in championship matches...

    Stephanie McMahon books Brock Lesnar to potentially beat the crap out of her husband at Wrestlemania...

    The stipulation for making the Fastlane main event was to impress The Authority, but despite the entire roster putting on excellent shows, even some impressive squash matches, it was ultimately Reigns and Ambrose's long and winded match that won The Authorities over to book the match.... despite Lesnar's complete absence that night...

    WWE logic is awful anymore. Rather than enjoying the story, you have to enjoy laughing at how much terrible sense it makes.

    lesnar will be there to increase ratings but the Wyatts will take care of him. the match will come down to reighns and ambrose they could turn ambrose heel but that wouldn't make sense for wrestlemania HHH is a heel. Ambrose is a fan favorite him winning could set up Reighns heel turn and then a great rivalry after wrestlemania with ambrose champ babyface
