if i cut out bread and coffee how much weight will i lose in a month?

    I think it's ok to have one cup of coffee every morning and a sandwich for lunch

    walk 2-3 miles every day if you really want to lose weight - it was the only way I ever lost weight

    just make sure you have an iron tablet so you have the stamina

    Coffee has no calories anyway

    Cut out bread and you will substitute with something else and your body will adjust as well.

    That's impossible to calculate. Weight loss is all about calories. Take in fewer than you burn, and you should drop some pounds.

    Depends on how much bread, and how much sugar/cream you put in your coffee and for that matter if and what you choose to replace it with.
