I promised myself never again will I open up?

I promised myself I will not open up to anyone..I will not talk to my "safe person" I can t do it to him..I don t want him to worry I don t wanna bother him anymore..what happens when I see him in person he is gonna wanna talk..he knows I feel like a bother to him...whenevr I go to his house or he comes to mine he always asks hey how s everything going and I just don t know what to say..I don t wanna go to him anymore I can t...I can t do this to him.

    Just talk to your friends go to church pray about it and try not to stress.

    Grow the heck up and talk to your friends. And wtf is a safe person? Yo if you got issues then share them with people. If they got your head this messed up then see a professional.
