Which option will give better bass?
I have a stereo with Bluetooth and an RCA input but which is better option to play music from my Ipod if i want the best bass?

In most cases, the RCA connection. The iPod has a pretty good DAC, and a generic BT receiver will usually not support the higher end audio protocolls like APT-X (and I doubt the iPod would support it, either), and the basic SBC codec is pretty crap if you want high musical fidelity.

A lot depends on the design of your stereo and also how old it is...Bluetooth receivers are not all the same... newer designs tend to be better than older ones but also can differ even with in the same year of production...My personal experience with Bluetooth 4.0 is that its better than RCA connections but a lot depends on what I-pod you have how old it is and what stereo you have....

From my experience a wired connection is better so the RCA, the bluetooth output is not as strong
