I have these units for many years. Old set up, all devices connects via RCA analog to an A/V switch box audio-IN with audio-OUT is split via Y-Cable to the TV and to the Home theater . All other devices with HDMI connects directly to TV via HDMI switch box. All is fine, but cant play regular TV audio to the Home theater.

New setup, using an Optical to RCA analog converter. The optical audio from TV to Home theater is OK when watching from all other inputs, such as Blu-ray, DVD, PS3 etc. but only hear static from the Home theater when watching TV. The TV speakers are OK. I tested the converter on other devices such as a CD player and it works fine.

What could be wrong?

I have contacted Panasonic Chat support but they are no help and tells me to take it to a service center.

I recently acquired this home powered sub woofer for free. I already have other units set up for my system so I was thinking of converting this to a car powered sub woofer via power converter.

Will this drain too much power from the alternator or battery?

The sub is rated 70watts@5 ohms.

Does this mean the speaker in it has that specs?

I opened the rear of the unit and saw that there is a power converter in it.

Does anybody know what voltage it is converted into? Maybe I can just remove the converter and make it work with 12volts.

I am level 6, and have been trying to answer questions since the new format, but can't see Preveiw or Submit button.

I choose Open questions, Click Answer this question, Type in my answer, but cant find a Preveiw or Submit button.

I also took the tour, but no changes.

I only see Add Media button, and nothing else.

Search the questions already, and most asnswers say click Submit button, which I dont see.

How will I know if my profile/account was suspended or if I was in any violation?

Works fine charging 1 device, the light on the charger is lit steady.

When charging 2 devices, the light on the charger blinks, and the charging power also goes on and off, then on, then off again.

What does it mean when the light on the charger is blinking?

Is this a safety trickle mode? Is this ok for the device being charged (Kindle Fire)?

I could not find any details online about this blinking feature.

Over 2 yrs old laptop wont charge anymore when on the computer and plugged to the wall outlet, laptop wont even run when even when plugged to the wall outlet when battery is not charged.

Battery only gets recharged when removed from laptop and directly plugged to the charger. Laptop works fine when battery is charged.

Charger tested fine with volt meter. Battery charges fine and holds power. By process of elimination, Is the problem on the laptop itself?

Our MDX has been very reliable, but I am starting to see some rough idling during cold starts. If I start the engine and let it warm up for 3-5 minutes, then its fine, the idle runs slightly above 1k and drops to around 800 when running temp is reached, then I can drive with no issues.

If I start it and drove it immediately, it feels like the engine is going to die at the stop light, (for the first few minutes/stops) the idle drops to like 500 - i find myself putting the gear to nuetral and trying to rev it up to get the engine to temp.

It does this when car is parked for a long time and when climate temp is cold. When I leave in the afternoon going to work, Its fine because sun is already up and its not that cold. After 9 hours parked at work which is by the bay, the temp could drop specially now its fall/winter.

Regular Maintenance done everytime, oil change, tire rotation, air and oil filters change, etc. about 85,000 miles on it, and no Check Engine Light errors (yet).

What could be the problem/s? Can I adjust the idle setting myself? ( I am mechanically inclined and performed most of the maintenance myself ). Could it be sparkplugs?

Need recomendations on an audio signal converter from optical to analog (RCA).

I got a new TV with only optical audio out, my Reciever is older and only have analog inputs. New reciever cost too much. All my other AV gear connects to the Reciever, but I also want regular TV audio to go through the Reciver.

Model no. 814215, I would like to find out what type of mount this lense is for. I googled the lens and its looking like its for a Pentax but not sure.

Any info on the lens would be great.

My 04 MDX is due for its first smog test. I believe its an (auto) All wheel drive, with a locking rear diff. or VTM4 lock.

Does that mean, it is normally front or rear 2wd and only activates 4 wheels when it detects it needs to, and when the VTM4 button is pressed.

Just need to know if I need to go to a smog center that can smog 4 wheel drive vehicles?

Got a used lumix camera that came with this charger. It's really plug n play, but I want to know what the led lights indicates. It turns green when plugged in the wall or in the car. Light turns red when a battery is installed for charging. Then after a few minutes it flashes between green & red, then steady green. It seems like it stops charging pretty quick, the camera power level is at full but it dont last long. The new charger takes longer to charge the same batteries but they last longer too.

My gas compartment door is stuck! Pryed it open with a flat screw driver - had no choice since I am hundreds of miles away from home in the middle of the night and need to fill up.

The cable is still connected to the release handle but does not pull the plastic thingy that holds on to the fuel door latch.

Where to I access the other end of the cable, is it in the rear cargo area, or under the wheel well?

Just got a small aquarium kit for my kids. Kit came with filtration system and lighting. Currently has 2 Gold fish about an Inch long.

Q#1 - Do they need lighting all the time? During the day I turn it off because there is a lot of natural sunlight coming in the room, not directly hitting the aquarium, but during night time when we go to sleep, it becomes nearly pitch black in that room - do they need lighting?

Q#2. My gold fish are acting weird. They swim vertical up the surface of the water and open their mouths like they are gasping for air. They do this for a long time, I thought they just need feeding, but when I put fish food they suck it up and blow it out right away. Eventually they would go down and swim as usual. Is this normal?

So far its been 4 days and the fish are still alive.

My Lumix camera has 3 formats to choose from Jpeg, Tiff and raw.

I dont have the cd that came with the camera.

Is there a free downloadable raw converter software I can try.

Looking for a digital SLR. Since I have a Minolta SLR and a few lenses. I was wondering if I could use these lenses on a new digital SLR.

Minolta is now owned by Sony Corp. I found that minolta lenses with the A-mount will work with the digital SLR alpha series. I just dont know if my Maxxum 330 is an A-mount.
