If I install an aftermarket stereo in my 2004 F150 with completely stock radio will I lose the cruise control ability on my steering wheel?

I am looking into getting an aftermarket head unit for a used truck I just bought but I don t want the cruise control on the wheel to stop working.

No, the cruise control functions won't be affected at all. If you have buttons on the steering wheel that control the factory radio, they won't work with the new head unit unless you use a special adapter; but the cruise buttons should work regardless.
