Big toe popping and joint pain?
Hey there so for well over a year now my left big toe always feels like it needs go be popped and I pop it at least every 30 to 40 seconds cause I just can't take it it's so annoying well now a few days ago I've gotten really bad pain in the joint to even move it and it hurts a lot to pop it. Any ideas of what could be going on?? I've never hurt my toe or foot in any way also never been involved in sports.

you have a condition called Hallux Limitus or Hallux Rigidus. Consider seeing a Podiatrist to get an X Ray could be the sign of early arthritic changes
