how do i grow a few more inches after i stopped growing?

Hi, im 16 and i stopped growing a few years ago and im 5 0 exact i was wondering if there is a way that i can grow at least a few more inches somehow

    Not really. Even growth hormone therapy has to be done before you finish growing if it's going to have any effect.

    No, at 16 and through puberty, you are not growing any more.

    you haven't stopped growing and you'll stop growing when you reach the age of 18
