Is a legal separation form signed in front of a solicitor a legal document without sending to the court ?

And if it is how does that stand up in court when getting divorce ?

    Yes. It is in the UK.

    I don't understand what you mean. Being legally separated means very little in the UK, it makes no difference in a divorce.
