Will Hillary be indicted on her email scandal?

I didn't think so until the Special Access info was found on her unsecured private server. That should earn her an indictment. The FBI and inspector generals office will recommend an indictment. Then it becomes political as to whether the law will be applied. Normally they act very fast on any breach of Special Access material. And having it on an unsecured server is a major breach. Hillary is responsible for the server. She knows it. She's a lawyer.

You erroneously use the word "scandal" when no scandal has been alleged or proven by anyone! The criminally (CRIMINALLY) partisan rightwing out-to-get-Hillary Republicans in Congress and their taxpayer-dollars-wasting multiple "hearings" over a facility attacked on September 11, 2012 in Banghazi, Libya shortly after the Arab Spring citizens' rebellion toppled long-time dictator Moammar Gaddafi that was not even a State Department diplomatic site!...it was a CIA OUTPOST under the control and jurisdiction of then-CIA Director David Petraeus! The only law governing the handling of information for the State Department was the 1950 Foreign Information Act, and use of a private server was the norm for Secretaries of State, to include both Colin Powell and his successor at State, Condoleeza Rice, who not only used private servers during their respective tenures as Secretary of State, but also ERASED their e-mails without a single hearing held or a complaint made by the Republican-controlled Congress between 2001 and 2007---even though there were...now get this...THIRTEEN ATTACKS (most of them far more deadly than on the CIA OUTPOST in Benghazi), including two attacks only months apart at the SAME CONSULATE in Karachi, Pakistan, the first of which killed more than 13 people, injuring 52! All of you so eager to claim "scandal" and tarnish the reputation of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton because the Congressional GOP decided to target her in their ongoing SMEAR CAMPAIGNS should be asking yourselves, in all fairness: Why no hearings between 2001 and 2007 for those THIRTEEN MORE DEADLY ATTACKS while Republicans headed the State Department? Why no requests for e-mails from either Colin Powell or Condoleeza Rice in spite of their use of private servers? And why not tell the American people at least two exonerating facts for Hillary: (a) The private server used by Secretary Clinton was set up for her former-President husband Bill Clinton by his Secret Service detail, ergo technically a security-conscious site; (b) It was not illegal to make use of a private server or else all preceding Secretaries of State would have committed illegalities for using theirs; (c) An official memo from the Inspector General McCullough told the Gowdy-led committee that "none of the emails under review had classification or dissemination markings at the time they were sent or received," and (d) The CIA OUTPOST attacked in Libya was not under the jurisdiction of the State Department and the three Navy SEALs killed were CIA operatives under the direct control and jurisdiction of David Petraeus, then CIA Director? Once these facts are finally disclosed by the smear-Hillary political-hack Republicans leading the charge against her with their propaganda, how does Hillary get her reputation back? The plan has been to make Hillary seem criminal or untrustworthy when neither one has been true! How would any of you react to being so brutally harassed and vilified when you have done nothing to deserve it?

The answer to your question is a resounding NO! Hillary Rodham Clinton has done nothing whatsoever for which she could be "indicted"---that is just the latest dirty trick for the GOP's campaign-year attacks to lower Hillary's popularity on a national scale. Do not buy their propaganda-spew crap! Vote Hillary!

Now that W, Condi Rice, AND Colin Powell have ALL said publicly they did EXACTLY the same thing, that' highly unlikely, don't you think?

Could the GOP keep TRYING to have her indicted for it? Democrats are certainly hoping so!

I rather suspect that two decades from now "the truth" will emerge, and it will turn out that Clinton herself created this "scandal" because she knew it would likely make Republicans start eating their own, just as the claim that Obama was a Kenyan did....and to great effect!

There is no scandal except those which CONservatives gin up against Hillary for political gain on the taxpayer's dime.
