So my pc just crashed?

My network drivers just went to **** then my whole pc froze and crashed never have i had this type of problem before.

Here are my specs if it helps

Motherboards - Gigabyte 990fxa ud3

CPU - AMD FX 9370 Watercooled by corsair h55

GPU - Gigabyte R9 280x 3gb OC

PSU - CORSAIR CX 750watt

RAM - 16gb 1866 Hyper Fury X

Storage -256gb samsung SSD & 1tb WD HDD

WIFI CARD - TP-LINK TL WN881ND

Its a custom build about 1 year

    Reboot it and while it's rebooting keep tapping the F8 key at the top of the keyboard and go into safe mode and you can fix it that way.
